Shipping Policy 

All orders for goods are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There is always a potential for delays due to high volume or other UPS/USPS/FedEx issues outside of our control. Orders for services will ship 1 to 2 business days after the completion of services which will be completed approximately 10-14 days after the receipt of the football(s). During peak times close to football season, it can take up to three weeks for your football(s) to ship.

THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THEIR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF THERE ARE ANY MISTAKES IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS LEADING TO SHIPPING DELAYS OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS VIA UPS/FEDEX/USPS, GRIDIRON FOOTBALL PREP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. GRIDIRON FOOTBALL PREP WILL NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS IN THE EVENT OF SHIPPING DELAYS OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION OR ISSUES ON BEHALF OF SHIPPING PARTNER.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for any purchased goods.

For prep services, you are responsible for shipping the footballs to us and we will charge a flat rate of $9.99 per box for shipping back to you. When shipping us your football(s) please do so with a trackable service in case there are any issues. 

We only offer domestic and Canadian shipping, no additional international shipping at this time. We also cannot ship to PO boxes.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ek@gridironfootballprep.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
